Ballintubber 1-09 Westport 0-09

Westport were defeted in Round 1 of the League on Sunday last in Clogher Westport got off to a flyer going 2 points to no score up after 2 minutes but Ballintubber got back into things in the first half and led by 0-06 to 0-04 at half time.  In the 2nd half Ballintubber got a goal and a point that put them in the driving seat but Westport never gave up and a harsh 2nd yellow for Westport centre back Lee Keegan dident help, Westport got back to within a goal with good points from Rory Connolly and Lewis Cawley.
