Promotion night

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing on behalf of my local GAA club enquiring about the possibility of getting Tommy to do a gig as part of a promotion night for the club, Garrymore GAA. We would be expecting approx. 250-300 people. Obviously a weekend date would be preferred but I understand that with tours this could be difficult. The main issue with the club would be the expense of this so we are eager to keep the price down for all. If you could give me an idea how much Tommy would be that would be great.
